Laura C. Kiffmeyer Property Manager (704) 971-4910 Ms. Kiffmeyer serves as property manager of Flagship Capital Partners’ corporate portfolio. She oversees all property management activity, working directly with tenants, third party managers, and vendors on a daily basis. She also assists the Firm’s accounting department with preparing property budgets, financial reporting, and overall asset management. Joining Flagship Capital Partners in 2009, Ms. Kiffmeyer brought a property management background from her tenure at Percival McGuire, Levine Properties, and the Ballantyne Village project in south Charlotte. She has experience in managing industrial, office, medical, retail and multi-use projects. Ms. Kiffmeyer holds a BA degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and a member of both the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA).
