Tiffany B. Slayden, CCIM Vice President - Sales and Leasing 704.971.8906 Ms. Slayden serves as Flagship Capital Partners’ Vice President of Sales and Leasing. In this capacity, she handles the leasing of the Firm’s managed portfolio and third party properties. Her responsibilities include formulating and implementing leasing strategies, and analyzing, negotiating and closing transactions. Ms. Slayden’s other responsibilities include tenant representation, condominium and building sales, and Build-To-Suit transactions. She specializes in commercial office and medical properties. Ms. Slayden has been active in Charlotte’s commercial real estate market for over 15 years. Prior to joining Flagship Capital Partners, Ms. Slayden was Vice President of Investment Sales for Trinity Partners. Her responsibilities included the sale of income producing properties, primarily medical and office, in the $1MM-$10MM range. Prior to that, Ms. Slayden directed First Colony Corporation’s office leasing operations. She handled the leasing for Colony’s portfolio of 900,000 square feet of office and medical buildings in the Carolinas. She has experience leasing and selling new construction as well as existing properties. Ms. Slayden began her commercial real estate career in Charlotte with Trammell Crow Company in 1993. Ms. Slayden holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and graduated with honors. She is a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. Her credentials include the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation since 1997. Ms. Slayden has been a recipient of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) Million Dollar Club for seven (7) consecutive years.
