J. Brannen Edge III Chief Operating Officer 704.971.8902 Mr. Edge serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Flagship Capital Partners and as such, has direct oversight of Portfolio Management including asset and property management, budgeting, investor communication and reporting, and strategic relationships in connection with portfolio properties. In addition, he works closely with both the Chief Financial Officer, to maintain the financial health of the company, and with the Chief Investment Officer on acquisition identification and analysis. Prior to joining Flagship Capital Partners, Mr. Edge was with BB&T, where he was a Vice President in the Commercial Banking Group. He was responsible for developing and servicing a multi-million dollar loan portfolio composed of real estate and operating companies. After leaving BB&T, he earned his M.B.A. from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he graduated as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Edge is licensed as a real estate broker in North Carolina and a salesperson in South Carolina, and is a graduate of Leadership Charlotte Class XXIV. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and Myers Park Presbyterian Church.
