Charles Campbell President & CEO 704.971.4894 Mr. Campbell, co-founder and President of Flagship Capital Partners, LLC, has over 20 years experience in the commercial and investment real estate business. Under Mr. Campbell’s leadership, Flagship Capital's owned and managed portfolio has grown since its inception to 20 properties totaling approximately 850,000 square feet, with 75% of the portfolio being allocated in healthcare real estate. Flagship Capital is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and looks to acquire existing assets as well as invest equity capital for new development projects. Mr. Campbell has extensive experience in the areas of deal structuring, financing, development, asset management and corporate real estate services. Prior to founding Flagship Capital Partners, Mr. Campbell led First Colony Corporation’s retail development and brokerage operations from 2002 to 2005, and had primary responsibility for sourcing new opportunities, real estate investment brokerage, and enhancing existing client and partner relationships. During the period of 1999-2002, Mr. Campbell was a founding partner of the Providence Group of the Carolinas, a Charlotte-based development, investment and brokerage firm. Prior to that Mr. Campbell was the Real Estate Partner with Petro Express Stores, where he oversaw site selection, acquisition, and construction of new locations for the company. Mr. Campbell also worked for McDonald’s Corporation from 1991-1997 as a Senior Real Estate Representative overseeing acquisitions for the company. Mr. Campbell started his career in real estate in 1987, while still attending Wake Forest University, by working as an intern and then broker with Carolina Commercial Brokers / Miller-Hatcher, Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC. Mr. Campbell holds a B.A. in Political Science from Wake Forest University and broker’s licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. He is on the Board of Advisors for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and also the Chairman of its South Park Area Board of Advisors. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). Mr. Campbell also serves on the Executive Board of the Mecklenburg County Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Board of Directors of the McColl Center for Visual Arts. He is an active volunteer in the community, working in various capacities with the Cub Scouts, Youth Sports Programs, and the Providence Day School.
