Flagship Capital Partners is focused on acquiring and operating a wide array of office and medical office real estate assets occupied by local, regional and nationally recognized tenants. Tenants-In-Common Structures (TIC)
Flagship Capital Partners is experienced in structuring transactions to accommodate TIC ownership. TIC investors are able to acquire ownership in larger, more sophisticated properties than typically achievable solely by a single purchaser. Each TIC investor holds a fractional, undivided, deeded interest in the asset and shares in the income, tax benefits, and appreciation of the asset on a pro-rata basis.
