Flagship Capital Partners Acquires a Three Building Medical Office Property

Charlotte, NC – Flagship Capital Partners, LLC has acquired three fully leased medical office buildings in Rock Hill, SC directly across Herlong Avenue from Piedmont Medical Center. The properties are located at 197 and 205 Piedmont Boulevard and 223 South Herlong Avenue and total 42,200 square feet.

Mr. Rogers represented Flagship Capital Partners in the investment acquisition. The three medical office buildings were acquired from Piedmont Development Associates and were represented by Mr. Jason Tuttle of Coldwell Banker The Tuttle Co.
