Flagship Capital Partners, LLC - Bill Transou, Partner and Chief Investment Officer, lead the disposition of One and Three Corporate Centre buildings in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The class A multi-tenant office buildings are located just off Highway 17 North, at 21st Avenue and Grissom Boulevard in Horry County. Totaling over 68,300 SF of class A office space, the buildings are situated on approximately 5.6 acres.
The sale took place December 28, 2007 and Myrtle Beach Farms Company was the buyer in the acquisition of the asset. Mr. Transou represented the Seller(s) and First Colony Corporation in the sale of each asset.
