Brackett Company and Flagship Capital Partners Announce Merger

Charlotte, N.C.- based The Brackett Company, Inc. and Flagship Capital Partners, LLC announced today that they are merging their operations and have formed Brackett Flagship Properties, LLC. The combined company will provide professional real estate management, leasing, and brokerage services and will manage more than 1.2 million square feet across 35 medical and office properties, predominantly in Charlotte and the Carolinas.

Brackett Flagship Properties will be headquartered at 2701 Coltsgate Road in Charlotte in new offices that will open in September. The combined companies will have a staff of 19 and will be co-managed by Rivers and Campbell.
