Flagship Capital Partners Expands Medical Office Portfolio

Charlotte, NC – Charlotte, NC based Flagship Capital Partners, LLC has acquired the medical office building located at 309 South Sharon Amity Road in Charlotte, North Carolina.

309 South Sharon Amity Road is a three-story 38,000 SF class A medical office building situated on 2.1 acres in the heart of the vibrant Cotswold submarket of Charlotte. Upon acquisition the building was 96% occupied with medical practices including Cotswold Family Medicine and Charlotte Cardiology Associates.

The building is located on the eastern side of Sharon Amity Road just south of Randolph Road and is conveniently located within three miles of Charlotte’s two largest hospitals.

Flagship Capital Partners acquired the building from 309 South Sharon Amity, LLC. Jim Rogers of Flagship Capital Partners along with Tiffany Slayden of Trinity Partners represented the buyer. Reed Griffith of Brackett Company represented the seller.
